How can you tell if it’s anxiety?

Begin by asking yourself if you can identify with any of these physical signs of stress:

  • Have difficulty stopping thoughts before you sleep or waking up in the middle of the night after something pops into your head.

  • Muscle tension

  • Headaches

  • Queezy stomach or feeling nausea and other stomach woes

  • Feeling like you are not connected to what is happening at the moment…such as brain fog, trouble concentrating, or forgetfulness.

  • You are irritable and impatient, especially with those closest to you.

  • You feel like a hummingbird floating from one project or idea to the next, not getting anything done.

  • You stress over decisions that would usually be easy.

  • Second, guess yourself over your conversations with others

  • You worry because this isn’t you.

  • If you are feeling two or more of these symptoms, let’s chat and see if we can connect.

  • Never feeling good enough

Losing track of time or procrastinating

  • Being super irritable

  • Beating yourself up for making mistakes

  • Wanting things just to be right

If you have checked off 2 or more of these – it may be worth chatting to see if we could be a good fit – no wasting your time with someone who isn’t going to help. Schedule a consultation by clicking HERE.

Life doesn’t have to feel this way.
